LONDON BASED FILM MAKER LOCKED UP IN ISRAELI PRISON

London based film-maker and founder of Rice n Peas Films Ishmahil Blagrove has been locked up in an Israeli prison with more than twenty campaigners,  after their boat carrying aid to Gaza was seized on Tuesday.

 The activists, who include Nobel Peace Laureate Mairead Maguire and former US senator Cynthia McKinney, were held at gunpoint and taken to Ramla High Security Prison after their mission was intercepted by the Israeli military. Continue Reading….

UK NEWS: TWO CHILDREN DIE IN TOWER BLOCK FIRE

Two children have died and 30 people were rescued after a fire swept through a tower block in south-east London.

The pair, a three-week-old baby and a seven-year-old, were caught up in the blaze at 12-storey Lakanal House on the Sceaux Gardens Estate in Camberwell.

BET DENOUNCES LIL WAYNE/DRAKE PERFORMANCE AT AWARDS SHOW

BET has expressed remorse over a performance by Lil Wayne, Drake and Young Money Records that involved underage girls during songs “Best I Ever Had” and “Every Girl.” The songs, which have overt sexual references, were performed during the Sunday BET Awards ‘09 show as a bevy of young girls danced on stage. The group of girls consisted of Lil Wayne’s daughters and her friends. In an exclusive statement, BET has responded to the criticism and the public outcry over the segment. “BET Networks deeply regrets the performance by Young Money at the BET AWARDS ’09 (featuring Lil Wayne, Drake, Gudda Gudda and Mack Maine),” a BET representative told AllHipHop.com exclusively. “Elements of the performance were unplanned and should not have happened.” In the aftermath of the show, many have expressed outrage over the outing by Young Money, which was set amid a show dedicated to the late Michael Jackson.

Seriously how could they all excercise such poor judgement???

Actually I believe that Drake hated the idea. He looks like he might have some common sense. But he just went a long with it to please that brainless drugged out gargoyle and that big old idiot Baby.

UK NEWS: LONGER SENTENCES FOR CAUSTIC SODA GANG RAPISTS

Evil scum bags: Rogel McMorris, Jason Brew and Hector Muaimba

Two young men who took part in a gang-rape of a 16-year-old girl before scarring her for life by dousing their victim with caustic soda had their sentences increased substantially on Thursday.

Three Court of Appeal judges in London ruled that the terms being served by Rogel McMorris, 18, and Jason Brew, 19, in January were “unduly lenient.”

In what the judges described as a “horrifying” case, the victim, who had a mental age of just eight, was disfigured for life in the attack last year in Tottenham, north London.

They upped the jail term imposed on Jamaican-born McMorris of Tottenham, who was convicted of two rape counts and one of causing grievous bodily harm, from nine to 14 years.

Co-defendant Brew, of Haringey, north London, who was found guilty of one charge of rape, had his six-year sentence raised to nine years, the Press Association reported.

The judges decided not to increase the sentence imposed on Angolan immigrant Hector Muaimba, 21, of Waltham Forest, east London, who was also found guilty of one charge of rape. Continue Reading…..

Still not long enough! Those sick evil scum bags deserve to rot behind bars and then in hell. 

Hector Muaimba should have been deported back to Angola to spend the rest of his days in a prison there, and Rogel McMorris deported back to Jamaica to do the same, where the prison systems are less “hospitable”.

Comedian Frankie Boyle has quit his job as a columnist for the Daily Record after the newspaper refused to publish an article containing Michael Jackson jokes following the star’s death.

The Mock The Week comic announced the decision on his official website and provided a link to a document containing the feature in question.

Boyle said: “Oh dear. Had to quit my Daily Record column over a moral disagreement. We disagreed over whether it was okay to make jokes about a dead child molester.
