OK! Magazine has posted the news on their website that actor, producer and director Noel Clarke is going back to school to direct a Christmas Navity play.
However members from the OK! team don’t really seem to know who Noel is or what he looks like.
If they did then they would not have posted a photograph of UK rapper KANO with this story.
To quote the words of James Moran “black guy with stubble, close enough eh?”
Click here to view the story.
This is absolutely hilarious! *shaking my head*
UPDATE: A not so slick OK Magazine has now uploaded the correct photograph, but I have managed to take a photo of the original page.
The damage has already been done! ha ha ha.

LOL! Oh my days….thats terrible.
They couldn’t even be bothered to do a bit of picture research
You should have taken a screenshot, they’ve corrected it. Gone are the days, when magazines/newspapers did actual research. They’d fail their coursework at university.
shame on them
It is as though they are saying black folk all look a like and their readers are that gullible that they just would not know either way.
loloolololol
not only is it terrible it is indicative of the time and value they place on particular TYPES of celebrities!!!
and i am being pc about that!!
It’s a bad mistake SoFrolushes, but I don’t see why it’s racist. How is it ‘like saying all black folk look alike’? That’s entirely your interpretation.
If they’d printed a picture of Jennifer Aniston and said it was Courtney Cox, would that have been racist? Orjust a ballsup?
Racist, by your logic…
its not racism…. but its a blatant MISTAKE
@ Jason Grove,
But we get that all the time. I cannot count how many times white folks have approached me and mistaken me for another black girl they know. It is not racist but it is a mistaken identity of people who cannot distinguish a certain kind of people. it is what it is.
@ Jason Grove … I did not mention racism. Please if you are going to quote or paraphrase me do so correctly without interjecting words as you please.
Fact still remains that such a mag would make such a mistake. Its not hard to find out who he is or what he looks like. his website his twitter or even the dr who fan pages as he is an actor too.
Co-signing TY’s Comment…
certain TYPEs of celebrities are just not that important!…seriously how much time would it take to just Google the him and see what he looks like?… smh!
